Buying the correct size boots over the Internet is obviously more difficult than in store. Without being able to try boot sizes before you buy we kindly request the following additional steps prior to purchase.
Our quality control procedures ensure each and every pair of boots are made to measurements within a few millimetres tolerance.
Upon clicking our buy now button our sizing charts display length measurements in cm and inches. These measurements provide a
recommended foot length from heel to toe for each size. To purchase the most comfortable fit (and avoid an exchange) we highly
recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe in either cm or inches. Where the information conflicts with your existing sizes
we ask you to select the measurement size you have just taken.
Our entire range of ugg boot style footwear is handcrafted from the finest leathers available. While leather is extremely durable and very comfortable, stretching is perfectly normal and desired. If your new Whooga boots are a little tight (but not uncomfortably so) please allow 2-3 days of normal wear for your boots to stretch. A little stretching is desirable as it allows your new boots to meet the exact contours of your feet, this is one of the many advantages of using authentic leather.
We suggest purchasing shorter style boots if your unsure about your calves fitting into our taller ranges.
