

We ship all boots for a flat $14.00 (USD) per item.
Your boots will normally take 6-14 business days to arrive via standard shipping and 5-7 days for express shipping (costs extra). We ship via registered service to ensure fast and secure shipping. The registered service allows the delivery of your boots to be tracked.
Some regions may be subject to customs and import fees. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.
Whooga is all about quality and fashion and as such, in the unfortunate event that you recieve damaged boots, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement boot once we recieve proof of the damage. This can be done by uploading a photo of the damage in our exchange/return form below or, if you do not have access to a digital camera we can assess the damage to the boots when they arrive back at our headquarters and provide a refund at that stage. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if they are requested within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.
Our prices, brand and exchange/return policy are very clearly stated on our website. If you are not in full agreement with our return policy or are unsure of anything please do not purchase. If you require any futher clarification or other questions answered then please make use of our contacts form.
While we would like to provide a refund in all instances there a number of instances where it is simply not feasible or fair for us to do so. If you are in any
way uncomfortable with any of these points please contact us to let us know and do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Brand – We display our heel labels on every page. We have written a page explicitly explaining our brand and displayed it prominently on the website . (Checkout the ‘What are Whooga Boots’ link) We also display information on our contacts and questions page.
2. Unwanted gift – We cannot sell your boots as new and have delivered boots as we described on our website. Please do not purchase Whooga boots if your recipient is not crazy for Whooga boots.
3. Change of mind – Come on, returns costs us a fair amount of time and processing and we spend a lot of time attempting to communicate everything we deliver on our website.
4. 2 weeks or older - Please contact us immediately if your boots are faulty, we cannot accept returns older than 2 weeks.
As a natural product sheepskin is prone to stretching within the first few days of wear. If your boots are slightly too small it is recommended that you wear them for at least 24 hours and they will stretch to fit your feet. If your boots are still not the correct size after 24 hours then we will be happy to provide an exchange for you.
We charge a $4 USD fee for cancellations to cover transaction costs. Cancellations will only be accept if your order is cancelled before your order has shipped.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any of the shipping costs.
As we are an Australian company we are required to charge our customers in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unfortunately due to fluctuations in the exchange rate sometimes the value of the AUD will change between when a boot is purchased and a refund provided. This can lead to the refund being a small amount more or less than the original price.
