We list all styles that we currently sell on our website. We are working on introducing new styles all the time but until the styles appear on our website unfortunately they are not available. Check back often for new styles and colours.
Customers shipping to the United States, United Kingdom or Australia will not have to pay any additional taxes or import fees. Very rarely are customers from these countries charged duties, and if you are charged any additional taxes or duties just send the receipt and we will refund the full amount. This does not apply for customers shipping to outside the United States, United Kingdom or Australia or to wholesale or dropship partners.

Whooga is an internationally trademarked and rapidly expanding brand of ugg boots. The word ugg boot differs from the term UGG’s which refers to the American brand UGG Australia. We’d like our customers to understand perfectly there are a wide range of established brands to choose from include EMU, Warmbat and Love from Australia. Please consider these options when choosing a pair of ugg boots and rest assured you are buying ‘ugg boots’. Ugg boots originated in Australia over 100 years ago, the word refers to a style of sheepskin boots and not any particular brand. Counterfeit boots are those claiming to be Whooga or UGG Australia boots but are poorly manufactured imitations (not constructed from sheepskin). While Whooga remains a 100% Australian owned business the Whooga factory is now based in China. Whooga boots are still manufactured using only Australian materials and we continue to use Australian manufacturing techniques developed over a period of 30 years. Unfortunately due to a number of economic pressures we required a more efficient production capacity. Please also understand all major ugg boot brands are now produced in China and this in no way indicates poor or lower quality. Prior to shifting our factory we conducted extensive tests and reviews and are 100% confident our quality has increased.
Sheepskin Boots can best be described as water resistant. A small amount of light rain will not damage your boots but you should definitely avoid getting them wet. Your Whooga Sheepskin boots are constructed from merino sheepskin which is a natural material, although very durable and extremely warm it will stretch and loose its shape if subjected to very wet conditions. If your boots are wet accidentally do not wear them, let them dry out of the sun in a cool place for at least 48hrs. They will feel a little tight but will soon stretch back to shape.
