The Classic Tall Ugg Boot: Full-Calf Sheepskin, Maximum Warmth

The Classic Tall is the warmest sheepskin boot you can buy. At approximately 11.5 inches (29 cm) of shaft height, it wraps your entire lower leg — from toes to just below the knee — in a single unbroken sleeve of A-grade twin-faced merino sheepskin.

That means no cold gap between boot top and coat hem. No exposed ankle. No draft sneaking up your calf on a freezing morning walk. The dense ThermoFleece lining is rated to keep feet comfortable down to -30°C, and with nearly 12 inches of it hugging your leg, the Tall delivers that warmth where every other height falls short.

The construction matches the insulation. Each pair is double hand-stitched for reinforced seams, with a suede reinforced heel that prevents the back panel from breaking down. The lightweight EVA sole with moulded rubber outsole provides grip and shock absorption without the heavy, rigid feel of cheaper alternatives.

Fit Notes: True to Size, Snug at First

The Classic Tall runs true to size. The same last (foot mould) is used across all Whooga heights, so if you wear a US 7 in the Classic Short or Mini, you wear a US 7 here.

Expect the calf section to feel snug initially — this is the sheepskin doing its job. Over the first few wears, the fibres mould to your calf shape, creating a fit that's secure without being tight. If you have wider calves, the suede exterior has some natural give; most customers find the boot comfortable within a week.

Styling the Classic Tall

The Tall is a statement piece — lean into it. The full shaft works best when you let it show:

• Leggings or skinny jeans tucked in: The signature look. Creates a smooth, streamlined silhouette from knee to toe. Add an oversized knit sweater or puffer jacket on top.
• Mini skirts and sweater dresses: The Tall fills the gap between hemline and ankle, keeping you warm while showing off the boot's height.
• Cuffed down for a shorter look: Fold 2–3 inches of the collar outward to flash the fleece lining and reduce the visual height. This gives you a relaxed, textured look with jeans.
