30-Day Returns

Return unworn boots within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Boots must be in original condition with tags attached.

Wrong size? We’ll send you the right size and cover the return shipping. Simply email hello@whooga.com.au with your order number.

How to Return

1. Email hello@whooga.com.au with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (Australian orders).
3. Pack your boots securely and drop off at your nearest post office.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return under the same 30-day policy. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. Once we receive and inspect the return in Melbourne, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
