We want you to love your Whooga boots. If they are not right, we make returns simple and fair.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your boots for a full refund. We believe in our product — and we believe you should have time to be sure.

Conditions

  • Boots must be unworn — no signs of outdoor use, scuffing, or sole wear.
  • Boots must be returned in their original packaging (box and any included materials).
  • Sale items and care products (protector spray, cleaner, insoles) are final sale unless faulty.

Free Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? It happens. We offer one free size exchange per order — no questions asked. We will send you a prepaid return label, ship the correct size as soon as we receive your return, and cover the postage both ways.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@whooga.com.au with your order number and whether you want a return (refund) or exchange (different size).
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack your boots in the original box, attach the label, and drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days or dispatch your exchange pair immediately.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your boots arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 12 months, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping. Take a photo of the issue and email it to hello@whooga.com.au with your order number.
