Shipping & Delivery

Australian Shipping

We offer two shipping options for Australian customers:

• Standard shipping (5-7 business days) — Free on orders over $150 AUD. Flat rate on orders under $150, calculated at checkout.
• Express shipping (2-3 business days) — Available at checkout for a small surcharge. Ideal if you need your boots in a hurry.

Both options include full tracking and door-to-door insurance. We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including regional and remote areas.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. During peak periods (May-August), allow an extra 1-2 business days for processing.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Click the tracking link to follow your parcel in real time. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email us at hello@whooga.com.au and we will investigate immediately.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 2-5 business days
• New Zealand: 5-10 business days
• USA/UK/Europe: 7-14 business days

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by Whooga.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Australian postcodes via Australia Post and courier partners. For international orders, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, email us and we will find a solution.

No Hidden Fees

For Australian customers, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — shipping, GST, everything included. No surprise charges at the door.
