Products & Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order are final.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We dispatch from Melbourne within 1 business day. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns on unworn boots and free exchanges for sizing. See our Returns page for full details.

Limitation of Liability

Whooga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
