The insoles are pre-cut to standard Australian sizes. If you need a slightly smaller fit, they can be trimmed with scissors along the marked lines on the underside. How to use them: Remove the existing insoles from your boots or shoes. Drop in the new sheepskin insoles with the wool side facing up. They should sit flat in the footbed. If your boots still have good insoles but you want extra warmth, you can layer these on top, though this will make the fit slightly snugger. Care: Air out after each wear.
